The Kansas City Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators focuses on several key priorities to support our members and strengthen our professional community.

Professional Development
Provide high-quality educational programming and learning opportunities that support members in developing leadership, operational, and management skills within the legal industry.

Member Engagement
Create meaningful opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and build professional relationships through meetings, events, and committee involvement and increasing membership.

Business Partner Relationships
Maintain strong partnerships with our business partners who provide valuable expertise, resources, and support to our chapter and its members.

Community and Outreach
Encourage involvement in community initiatives and support charitable or service activities that positively impact the Kansas City community.

Chapter Leadership and Sustainability
Promote strong governance, leadership development, and volunteer engagement to ensure the continued success and growth of the chapter.
